General Provisions and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bajilive platform and all related services. By creating an account or using the service on bajilive, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. Anyone who does not agree with any part of these Terms is asked not to use the platform.

These Terms define the relationship between the user and bajilive and set out the rights and responsibilities of both parties. This document is a legally binding agreement, so reading it in full before starting to use the service is mandatory.

Account Registration and Verification

Each person may create only one account on bajilive. Registering more than one account by the same person is strictly prohibited. This restriction also applies to operating multiple accounts from the same IP address, mobile number or device.

2.1 Information Required for Registration

• Full legal name (as on national identity card)
• Active mobile number
• Valid email address
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Details of preferred payment method

2.2 Information Verification

bajilive reserves the right to verify account information at any time. As part of verification, a copy of the national identity card or passport may be requested. If the information provided at registration is found to be false or incomplete, the account may be permanently closed and any pending withdrawals from that account will be considered void.

2.3 Password Security

It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential. bajilive will not be liable if the password is shared with anyone or if unauthorised access to the account occurs. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our live chat support immediately.

Age Restriction and Eligibility

All bajilive services are for persons aged 21 or above only. If any minor registers or uses the service, their account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may also be forfeited.

At the time of registration, each user must confirm that they are 21 or older. bajilive reserves the right to verify the age of any account. If age cannot be verified, the account may be temporarily or permanently closed.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit

bajilive currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit for each method is ৳300. Once a deposit transaction is completed successfully, funds are generally credited to the account promptly.

Providing the correct transaction reference number and mobile number at the time of deposit is mandatory. If incorrect information is provided, verification of the transaction may take longer and bajilive will not be responsible for that.

4.2 Withdrawal

bKash, Nagad and Rocket can also be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. After a request is accepted, the withdrawal process is generally completed within 1 hour.

Withdrawals will only be made to the mobile number registered on the account. Withdrawals to a third party's mobile number are not permitted. Account verification may need to be completed before the first withdrawal.

4.3 Transaction Conditions

• The registered number and payment number must be the same
• Transaction history will be stored in the account
• If an active bonus is in place, the wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing
• bajilive reserves the right to suspend a transaction if fraud is suspected

Bonus and Promotional Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. That means if you deposit ৳1,000, ৳1,000 in bonus will be added, giving a balance of ৳2,000, and you will need to place a total of ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing the bonus.

5.2 Bonus Usage Restrictions

• The welcome bonus applies only once per account
• While a bonus is active, withdrawal is not permitted until the specified wagering requirement is met
• There may be a maximum bet amount set when using bonus funds
• bajilive reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer
• If bonus abuse is proven, the account may be suspended

5.3 Weekly Cashback

VIP members receive a weekly cashback benefit, which is a fixed percentage of the total net losses for the week. The cashback rate varies by VIP tier and is credited directly to the account. Specific wagering requirements may apply before the cashback can be withdrawn.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Validity of Bets

Each bet placed on bajilive is considered valid only after it has been confirmed by the system. If a bet is not confirmed due to a network issue or technical error, it will not be treated as completed. If you do not receive a confirmation message, contact support.

6.2 Odds and Results

Odds displayed on bajilive may change at any time. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final. If a dispute arises over the result of any match or event, bajilive's decision will be considered final.

Results in sports betting, live casino and slot games are determined through a completely fair and technically audited process. There is no possibility of tampering with results.

6.3 Match Cancellation and Postponement

• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the stake for the related bet will be refunded
• If the result is affected by a change in conditions after an event has started, action will be taken in accordance with bajilive's specific policy
• If any leg of a multi-bet is cancelled, that bet will be recalculated

VIP Program Terms

bajilive's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The weekly cashback benefit differs at each tier — Bronze offers up to 0.4%, Silver 0.8%, Gold 1.1% and Platinum 1.5% weekly cashback.

A member's VIP tier improves based on their activity and participation on the platform. Moving up to a higher tier brings additional benefits and special offers.

7.1 Cashback Calculation Method

Weekly cashback is calculated by subtracting total winnings from total losses for the week. For example, a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive: ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 cashback. Cashback is credited to the account every Monday.

7.2 VIP Benefit Conditions

• VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable
• VIP benefits may be withdrawn in the event of a rule violation
• VIP tier may be reviewed if the account remains inactive for a long period

3. Exploiting technical errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
4. Operating accounts in a coordinated manner to abuse bonuses
5. Placing bets using automated software or bots
6. Attempting to access another user's account
7. Any attempt to compromise the integrity of the platform
8. Assisting a minor in using the service

Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 bajilive's Authority

bajilive reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspicious fraudulent activity
• Bonus abuse
• Failure to verify age
• Providing false information

10.2 Closure at User's Request

Limitations of Liability
